The usual hand wrapping stretch films is required that their of the inside diameter shouid be 3-inches. Because, when using it to wrap, we must roll the paper pipe in putting the finger inside of the pipe.
While, if using KOMAKI, we could wrap the goods by rolling the shaft of KOMAKI's axle and we do not need to put the finger inside of the paper pipe.
Labor effectiveness is raised by a simple holder convenient for carrying.
Thus, I/D 1-inch paper pipe is usable and the thickness of the pipe is reduced to 1/3 comparing the usual pipe.
In the result of the above, the paper volume used for the pipe could be reduced to 1/9 and CO2 being produced when burning up the paper pipes after using is also available to reduce to 1/9 by converting into the volume.
Further, the diameter of the paper pipe became smaller and the outside diameter of the stretch film roll also became smaller than about 40%.
Such improvement help to reduce the transportation cost and the space for the stock.
